WheelCare+ is a contact list database/registry of users who are willing to engage in research and share their experiences.
Welcome to WheelCare+
Inspired by frequent requests from users who want to be more involved in research, we are launching a new program to amplify the voices of wheelchair users (including mobility scooter users) in research. We are excited to invite you to join WheelCare+.
What is WheelCare+?
WheelCare+ is a contact list database/registry of users who are willing to engage in research and share their experiences. By registering, you will receive notifications whenever a new study or project is recruiting participants. You are not required to participate in every or any study, it’s completely voluntary. You will also receive updates on research results and discoveries.
Future Plans
We hope to grow the program to include more community and discussion-based opportunities for engagement. These discussions will help guide where future research should focus. We believe that the communities we are researching should be a part of the planning process through community-led research and want to hear your voices.
